We are a family owned small coffee roaster that wants nothing more than to spread our (maybe excessive) love of coffee and our dogs to others. We roast in small batches and package and ship by hand to ensure that we provide the highest level of service to every single bean.

While the Sleeping Dog himself does very little to help the process of roasting our coffee, he is always nearby and ready to offer suggestions to help us improve.
